Merlin is designed for use by technical support centers for the management of technical assistance, the assigning of resources and for project control.

Stacks facilitates the organization of technical assistance centers, allowing the user to easily certify their department according to ISO 9001/2000 procedures.

Merlin facilitates the management of technical support centers through the tracking of projects beginning with the notification a complaint, allowing the incident to be tracked throughout its resolution. It also allows for tracking of the tasks of various projects and of the staff involved.
