The Laboratory module manages the process of requesting, carrying out and receiving of laboratory tests.

Currently communication interfaces available with: Izasa*, Roche*, Bayer*, Echevarne* y Dade-Behring*. Communication with external systems is realized by means of the XML communication standard and the HL7 dictionary.

The Laboratory product from Stacks allows healthcare personnel to prepare extraction lists indicating samples, assigning request codes via optical scanners, to send requests and receive results and include them in the clinical history of the patient.
