TEMPUS is a new tool aimed at any institution that needs to manage a general schedule for the whole centre.

This system allows managing appointments, a schedule for each professional, and improves the attention offered to the users that come to your centre.

The user can ask for an appointment directly in the centre, by phone or via web, and this system manages all the appointment process, that is, the user comes to the centre, goes to the waiting room, is seen by the doctor and leaves the centre with or without a new appointment.

Also, TEMPUS allows sending SMS reminders of each appointment and it is a useful tool to manage personal schedules of all professionals and to get statistics.
